Blaxican Food Truck is a business based in Atlanta, Georgia. They specialize in providing delicious food to the Atlanta community. After the state-wide shut down, the owner was forced to shut down the restaurant due to the decline of customers.
Intriguing Hair
Intriguing Hair is a business based in Boston, Massachusetts. They specialize in hair extensions and wigs. Their business has been closed since March 24, 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Their location was also broken into, damaged, and robbed as a result to the looting that took place in their area.
Value Net PC
Value Net PC is a business based in Lanham, Maryland. They specialize in computer hardware. Value Net PC was affected by COVID 19. Many of their businesses were closed down and as a result, a number of customers decreased by 75%. Products that are being requested by current employers are now more expensive than they were prior to the pandemic.
Plano Child Development Center
Plano Child Development Center is a business based in Chicago, Illinois. They specialize in vision health education, testing, and treatment. Due to COVID-19, they had to close which prevented them from generating income from direct patient care and mobile vision care services. As a result from looting, computers were stolen and damage was done to their ophthalmic equipment.
Monad--Firm, Ltd.
MONAD--FIRM, Ltd. is a business based in Maryland. They specialize in product design. COVID-19 caused their production team to go on stand-by which put a halt to production on all products. Their apparel/textile manufacturers had to decrease the amount of accounts due to there only being a small number of team members allowed in the studio. Only their primary accounts have been retained.
Breathe Yoga, LLC
Breathe Yoga, LLC is a business based in Pennsylvania. They specialize in bringing yoga & meditation to people of all ages, sizes, levels, and abilities. After being deemed non-essential during the quarantine for COVID-19, they had to shut down their studio from March 16, 2020. Even with that setback, Breathe Yoga still provided free services. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to pay mortgage and utilities.

Pink Social Strategies owned by April Perry-Mckellar, is located in Philadelphia, PA. Their mission is to help companies spread the word and get noticed. Pink Social Strategies strives to create innovative, exclusive and unmatched events such as product launches, client appreciation events, and community outreach events. They help their clients increase their visibility and fulfill their ROI expectations. Through a consistent, collaborative and creative planning process, PSS delivers an exceptional experience. They also offer planning services for internal events like staff retreats, interactive strategy sessions and organizational milestones that skyrocket company morale while increasing team unity. Due to COVID-19, their in person events have been cancelled and many clients had to terminate their contracts due to financial losses from the pandemic
Harlem Cycle
Harlem Cycle owned by Tammeca Rochester, is located in New York, NY. It is Harlem’s first and only boutique indoor cycling studio. They are a community focused fitness studio that teaches more than 3,000 cardio focused classes a year. Annually Harlem Cycle hosts the one and only Cardio Glamping Retreat, an Upstate Hiking experience and the Harlem Cycle “ Good to Great” instructor training program focused on turning more members of the community into fitness professionals. They recently launched their Harlem Cycle at Home subscription based workout program focused on strength, cardio, toning, and family workouts. Harlem Cycle was created to provide a premium wellness option for the community that embodied the passion, the soul, and the hustle that defines Harlem. Due to COVID-19, they had to close their doors indefinitely from March 15, 2020.
Therapeutic Focus
Therapeutic Focus owned by LaTeasha Gaither-Davis, is located in West Memphis, Arkansas. Therapeutic Focus is a comprehensive pediatric outpatient facility established to address the developmental and clinical needs of both children and young adults. They specialize in the treatment and rehabilitation for children from birth to 21 years of age. They provide occupational, physical and speech therapy services for children with a wide range of conditions including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADD/ADHD, orthopedic injuries, learning disabilities and communication disorders. Due to COVID-19, they were unable to continue face to face therapy services and had to transition to an online treatment model which has resulted in now only being able to meet with 23 out of over 150 children virtually. With schools being closed, all therapists and some of the administrative staff have been laid off.
Kiddie Sportz Programs, LLC
Kiddie Sportz Programs, LLC offers golf, tennis, soccer and tee-ball lessons in South Florida, Central Florida and Northern Suburbs in Chicago, Illinois. Their focus is on teaching kids and youth between the ages of 3-18 years old while also providing private lessons to adults. These programs are offered in child care centers, preschools, parks and other public locations. What makes their program unique is that they specialize in golf and tennis and follow the United States Tennis Association(USTA) guidelines to make sure the equipment we use for training is age-appropriate such as foam and low compression balls, miniature tennis nets, kids size tennis rackets and of course lots of super fun educational activities. Due to COVID-19, schools have been closed which have resulted in Kiddie Sportz Programs, LLC being unable to operate making it tough to do community lessons with CDC social distancing rules.

Addictive Math Inc. owned by Jamila Robinson and Christopher Robinson is located in Suwanee, Georgia. It is a homework help and affordable tutoring center for K-12th grade students. They are now offering private, one-on-one, online sessions to help students stay ahead. Addictive Math Inc utilizes an interactive online platform to engage each student. They tutor students in Mathematics, Science, Reading, and Language Arts.
Due to COVID-19, Addictive Math had to close their physical location in Suwanee, Georgia and move online. Throughout the summer, they offered a pay-what-you-can model to assist families in need.
HAIR COLOUR STUDIO SCALP THERAPY CLINIC LLC
Hair Colour Studio ScalpTherapyClinic owned by Theresa Mosely is located in Manassa, Virginia. At Hair Colour Studio Scalp Therapy Clinic they concentrate on a
healthy scalp and hair whether they color, cut, relax and detox the hair and scalp. They even offer hair loss treatments by their Trichologist. They are a very unique brand serving the Northern Virginia Community and are constantly looking for new techniques to improve the services offered. Due to COVID-19, their business has been closed for two months.
MARSH & MANE, LLC
Marsh & Mane, LLC owned by Jenea Robinson is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Marsh + Mane is a beauty supply boutique that provides a unique shopping experience for women of color. After repeatedly being mistreated at traditional beauty supply stores, Jenea decided she wanted to create a safe haven for women who looked like her to be able to shop for their beauty items without the fear of being followed or disrespected. Marsh + Mane is that haven. They help their customers find the best products for their hair in addition to offering workshops, DIY classes for the community & more. Due to COVID-19, they had to close for three months resulting in falling behind on expenses.

Law Office of Saikon Gbehan, LLC owned by Saikon Gbehan Isijola, is located in Providence, Rhode Island. Since 2010, the primary focus of this business has been to provide legal representation, advice and support to immigrants and foreigners who seek immigration benefits or relief. In addition, Saikon also represents individuals who have suffered losses as a result of being in an accident. Due to COVID-19, clientele has decreased drastically. Moving the operation to a remote work from home style has caused a strain on the ability to continue servicing existing and prospective clients.
STRAIGHT LINE LAW, PLLC
Straight Line Law owned by Gianelli Latorre-Henley, is located in Jacksonville, Florida. Straight Line Law provides U.S. immigration legal services. They focus their services completely on providing efficient immigration help and easy to understand advice on any immigration matter. Whether the goal is United States citizenship or a visa, they offer a complete array of legal services to help achieve a favorable outcome. Their staff is diverse with over twenty years of immigration legal experience, and bilingual, offering services in both English and Spanish. They want to help you continue the life that you have worked so hard to build and keep families together. Due to COVID-19, USCIS has placed a hold on immigration matters. There’s also been a decrease in new and incoming clients while current clients have not been able to make payments. The loss of jobs and hold on immigration matters have been making it difficult for Straight Line Law to keep up with the new adjustments while still trying to help those in need.

Around their way, they know sexy knows no size. My Beautiful Fluff helps you flaunt your fluff, embrace your curves and indulge in products so you can love on every inch of your body. Due to COVID-19, all of their events have been postponed until 2021. Now they have to spend more on influencers, ads, list directories than ever to try and keep the business afloat.
Rivers Law Firm
Rivers Law Firm owned by Jakel Rivers, is located in Jacksonville, Florida. Rivers Law Firm is a reliable firm that handles family law, criminal defense, personal injury, and civil litigation cases. They put the needs of their clients first while offering compassionate legal advocacy, skilled legal representation, well-versed legal insight, and full legal guidance through each step of the case. Due to COVID-19, most of their clients lost income and were unable to afford retaining their services. As a result of limited employment, loss of jobs and holds on litigation matters, Rivers Law Firm has been experiencing a significant shortage of new and incoming clients as well.

Modest Transitions offers small- batch and one of a kind modest apparel and accessories for women. Designs and color palettes are inspired by nature's beauty and charm to remove negative stigma associated with modesty. Their products are handmade and hand-dyed utilizing sustainable and zero-waste techniques to lessen environmental impact. Due to COVID-19, business has slowed down which has prevented growth and expansion to a physical studio space. They’ve also lost inventory products and goods while being unable to hire new employees due to the financial hardship COVID-19 has caused.

Fingersnaps Media Arts is a creative, educational, and artistic DJ-studio that converges and partakes in exploring one’s passion. Here you can learn to DJ, record a mix, have formal talks, workshops, and Dj entertainment services. Due to COVID-19, all events and in person gatherings had to be canceled.
